Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or before setup.

Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the deposit.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or online payments.

Rental Guidelines & Safety
The renter (you) is responsible for ensuring adequate space for setup, free of debris, obstacles, or sharp objects.

An adult (18+) must supervise bounce houses and equipment at all times.

No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or silly string are allowed inside or near inflatables.

Weather Policy: Rentals may be canceled without penalty for severe weather (high winds, heavy rain). If weather concerns arise on the day of your event, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

Liability & Insurance
Hubbard Rentals LLC carries $1,000,000 in general liability coverage for each occurrence and $2,000,000 in general aggregate, plus property damage coverage up to $100,000.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any injuries or damages not covered by our insurance, including but not limited to improper use, lack of supervision, or negligence.

Hubbard Rentals LLC is not liable for injuries or damages caused by customer misuse or failure to follow safety rules.

Balloon Arches & Décor Rentals
Balloon arches and décor items are for temporary, event-day use only.

Any damage to balloons, arches, or props due to misuse (e.g., popped balloons, exposure to sharp objects, etc.) may result in a replacement fee.

Color matching is subject to availability.

Delivery, Setup, & Pickup
Delivery is available for an additional $50 within a 20-mile radius of Lisbon, NH (additional fees apply outside this area).

We will deliver, set up, and inspect all equipment before your event.

After the event, our team will handle pickup.

Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to a standard power outlet within 50 feet of the setup location for inflatables.

Water units (if applicable) must be used near a water source and on grass only.

Please inform us of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems before setup.

Pet waste must be cleared from the setup area before our arrival.
